  • Evaluate all of the fish for the day and all peripheral sushi making ingredients
  • Prepare all sushis for the Bar “Le Fumoir” and others outlets if required
  • Responsible for his station (cleanliness and free of clutter)
  • Create exciting visual presentations
  • Welcome and interact with the guests
  • Challenging experienced diners and being helpful (inform to new sushi eaters)

Sushi Chef – Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of sushi practices and knowledge of products
  • Ability to work independently and within an international environment

Sushi Chef – Qualifications and requirements

  • Organisational skills
  • AAdaptability, flexibility
  • Communication skills in English
  • Grooming and presentation skills

Sushi Chef – Other skills

  • Fluent English
  • French intermediate (professional skills)
